Add SYNC function to MOVE or COPY like ROBO

In ROBOCOPY you can SYNC and target directory to a source directory not only by adding and updating files but also by deleting files in the target that are NOT in the source.  It would be great to do that with TERACOPY COPY or MOVE - a whole directory at a time of course - otherwise it doesn't make sense.  I COULD just continue using ROBOOPY but I like the TERACOPY interface better and use it for EVERYTHING else.
