"System Service Exception" BSOD Upon Application Launch (Teracopy 3.8.5)

Howdy folks. Just a quick one - it looks like Teracopy is crashing my Windows 10 21H1 virtual machine. It is a fresh install of Windows 10, virtualised within Proxmox. I am using VirtIO with the correct drivers installed. I have Google Drive and OneDrive installed. Launching Teracopy 3.8.5 crashes and BSODs my system immediately and consistently, but Teracopy 2.3 runs fine. Any idea what might be causing this? Everything else including normal file operations are fine. Any suggestions on where to go from there? Thanks!
