Need detailed info on command lines.

I looked at the online command line info but it seems like there are some commands that are missing. For example is there a /replacealldifferent switch?

Is there a switch like /? which lists all the switches possible? Does the capitalization of switches matter ? I'm using 3.2 but would be willing to upgrade if a later version has more command line feature power.
