move files up from a sub folder to a parent folder

I often organize my files so as to avoid clutter. But sometimes I find myself in a mess. A lot of files that I wanna move from the sub folder to the parent folder. Is there an app that can simplify the process? What I do is go into the sub folder, cut the files, go back up to the parent folder and paste it. It's a bit tedious if you're doing it for more than 20 folders at any given time.

Now I suddenly remember Teracopy. I'm using version 3.2 i think. I fiddled with the settings and there could be a way but I was thinking more of a simple one click process. Like right clicking on a file in the subfolder, selecting teracopy > move up
