Add release date to downloads page

It would be very helpful to see on the donwloads page when each version of Teracopy was released. I did eventually figure it out via the Blog page but I had expected that to be a last resort and painful process. The Blog page is really more of a release notes page with it's infrequent updates (aside from Beta announcements).
