Verify Fails all files

I have been using Teracopy for a while now...How I usually use it is through a button that I have in my "Directory Opus" Application.

Typically  I have the Source folder  in the  left pane  and the destination in the right.  I click the button that says copy  and it works  flawlessly.

My issue is  when I try and do these things manually.

I create a new job.

Click the Source Button and choose say. e:\Installs   and then  choose the Target Button z:\installs

These folders have the exact same files.

When I choose the verify button, I get  nothing but errors saying "no target file"

Yet those files are indeed  there.

Am I missing a step?
