Suddenly not working in Windows Server 2022 20H2

TeraCopy only works for first re-installation time, afterwards, when I paste to another folder and select TeraCopy to copy, it doesn't start to process. I have tried 3.9.0. It's behave the same. When I uninstall and reinstall to 3.8.5, it works for a while, afterwards, same no response after I selected "TeraCopy" during paste action.
