Make the window that appears when target exist smaller. On a low res monitor it's HUGE.

When you copy a file to a destination and the target already exist you get a window asking what you want to do. Overwrite, Skip and so on. This window is huge and have a lot of big bright blue buttons (and even more grey ones below). This could look sexier :-)
