Teracopy powershell after copy

Hello, I'm working for a company that is looking to use your software.. We are doing tests with the free version now trying to make sure that it will do everything we need before licensing the pro version.

I had a few questions:

- Is there any way to write to an external MySQL database instead of to the local SQLite DBs found in AppData/Roaming?

- Run script after copy -- Do we have to keep Teracopy open to select our powershell script, or can a powershell script be specified in options.ini? (like with OnFinish)
- Delete actions do not trigger the script, is there any way to do this?
