TeraCopy overestimates numbers (billions of seconds, millions of %)

After a while:

How can it be more than 100% and why is it red? Jeez, it's just a 27-minute job at 17 MB/s.

Edit: After the copying finished, it turned out that 20 files couldn't be copied. I reinserted the memory card reader and copied the remaining files successfully.
