Delete folders and files with long names

I don't know if TeraCopy is able to delete folders, files and long paths in Microsoft Windwos. As a network administrator we encountered many problems with folders within folders generating long paths and filenames; longer than 256 characters.

You, if possible, could develop an option to solve this type of problems that are very common in companies. A tool, or command option, that would delete an entire folder path or the final file. Or that allowed renaming folders and files in an easier and more dynamic way.
