Duplicate entries in Right Click Menu?

Hi, I'm seeing multiple instances of TeraCopy and TeraMove in my right click menus.  I am sure that some are from older versions of Teracopy, but how can I get rid of them?  Is there something clever and easy we can do without having to do regedit?
