When copying or moving files, use and show md5 (or other hash) when a file already exists at the destination

When I'm moving or copying a file, although the name, size and date might be the same, they might be different files. Calculating and showing the md5 on the "file already exists" dialog box would be a great way to make a correct decision (either overwrite, keep both, skip etc.).
