Look for duplicates and handle at beginning of copy instead of having to wait through copy process.

I move a lot of files between drives and often have update files with the same name. I have to sit through copy/move process, or come back and rerun the skips by themselves. Front loading this would let me handle the dupes and move on to another task while the file moving takes place.
