Uninstallation Breaks Windows Explorer Built-in File Copy

I was using an older version with an MSI installer I had marked as 3.26 and upgraded to the latest on this site stating 3.12. It has the newer UI. I've been using 3.26 for a long time. Well I decided to uninstall right after I installed the latest copy and after that I couldn't copy/paste in Windows 10 22H2 at all! Even after a reboot. It broke the built-in Explorer handler. I had to reinstall an older version and immediately uninstall it and now Windows basic copy operations are working again. Just wanted to pass this on for the next person.
