Teracopy 3.12 Slow

Using latest 3.12 with Windows 11 I noticed that my SMB write speeds were low- 70MB/s-85MB/s. I spent hours testing all the "Fix windows SMB speed" pages with no luck, so I reinstalled Windows and tracked my speed on every app install. Windows SMB write is 100-110MB/s until Teracopy install. Now with a new clean install Teracopy speed max is 96MB/s. I have set Norton and Malwarebytes to exclude the Teracopy folder. Occasionally it will freeze under medium system load and I see this error-

When I uninstall Teracopy my Windows SMB write speeds are back to 100-110MB/s.

Please advise.
