Copy & Paste Directory Location from a text file or Explorer address bar -

have a feature where you can input say 

"C:\Folder to copy\..."

and another

"D:\Folder to update

and have two input windows where you can paste these in as text or select from a drop down

or even right click option on the folder background

and then it will update or merge or replace all contents in the "Folder to update"

with those in the "Folder to copy"
