Allow the ability to move a copy job up in the queue

I'd like to see the ability to rearrange the order of sequential copy/move jobs in the queue. There are times that I need to add a job after I have queued several others, but I want the new job to start after the currently active job. I do not see a way to move jobs up or down in the queue after being added.
