Intercept or replicate Windows built-in "Copy", and add "Overwrite All" direct from context menu

As a user,

I want to prime selected files/folders for copying, and be able to paste the selection to several different locations regardless of what may already exist at the destination,

So that I do not have to continually interact with needless dialogs warning of conflicts I don't care about.
