Understanding options - new users

Hello, 

I have just downloaded Teracopy, and I within minutes, I can quickly copy/move files - it is very intuitive and quick to get started. 

However, I am struggling to understand what the various options mean, and what it will mean for me if I do / do not select these. 

The user manual on the website is for an earlier version, and it very difficult to find any explanation of options online. 

 Is it possible to get a list of options available on v3.5 interface, with an explanation of what they mean, perhaps with examples of why they would be selected, and any implications for very large file transfers, e.g. takes longer. 

If this already exists, I would appreciate a link to the content.
