Error Trimming File: Move process is functioning as Copy; not deleting source folders/files on completion

I've used Teracopy in the past, but this is my first time on Windows 10.  I am getting an error on every "Move" operation that I perform.  It copies to the new location just fine, but when it should delete the original files and folders, it is leaving them in place and producing an error stating "Error Trimming File"

Any suggestions on how to overcome this?  It is the same whether run as standard user or Administrator.  Folder permissions on the source are set to full read/write permissions for everyone.
