Allow TC to run with lower priority to prevent hard disk blocking

Sometimes when I copy large files/archives (> 3 to 5GB) to external USB hard disks TC puts heavy load on the transfer bus.

Even if the CPU is not busy the transfer bus is.

This makes it almost impossible to work as "normal". The computer is almost frozen.

Can you allow to put transfer (NOT CPU) priority of TC on a lower priority?

Maybe this can be achieved by increase the TC RAM memory buffer.
