Error Opening Source File: Code 3

Getting this error inconsistently.“Error Opening source file: The system cannot find the path specified. Code: 3”).

But the files still moved fine when I chose to “Skip all”.

It seems like it's looking for the file/folder after it has been moved already.

Anyone else seen this?
