Change Skins

I would like to be able to change skins. I personally like the skins from v3.2.6.0 (Plain gray with a green bar). The new black (maybe its Windows Theme Specific) appears to cluttered for me. The only reason I don't go back to v3.2.6.0, is that every time I try and copy something to the root of the "C" drive, it usually fails, because it can't handle UAC.

Even if we could build our own skins, that would be great too!
