Pausing the Copy Transfer and ejecting the USB storage device and plug it back to resume the transfer.

Just click the Stop button and eject the drive. Click the Copy button again to resume the transfer.
Can we have a manual of how it exactly works please? I also would like some "intermediate stop" button, like, pause after the current file is copied, apply attributes, and wait for further orders.
