SFV file checking stopped working as of TeraCopy 3.9

Hi,

SFV files are no longer working in 3.9. If you downgrade to 3.8.5 it's working. This is on Windows 10.

You can open them but all stand in "Adding Files" state and nothing happens. I have tested several computers and several different files. All working on 3.8.5.
